No pressure, no pitch. If AJEC isn't the right fit for your project, Jack will tell you straight.
What helps to have handy
- Project municipality or address
- Number of units and model types (e.g. "6-unit stacked townhouse" or "24-unit mid-rise")
- Floor plans or drawings — even a rough sketch or napkin plan works
- Target permit date or move-in timeline
- Any green financing you're considering (CMHC MLI Select, EnerGuide, etc.)
