Final Year — Ends Oct 2026AJEC is one of only a select few companies authorized to enroll projects directly with Enbridge Gas.
Most builders and even other energy consultants cannot access this program directly. Working with AJEC means your projects get in — others may not.
What is SBD? Savings By Design is an Enbridge Gas incentive program for homes built to perform at least 20% better than Ontario Building Code. Eligible projects in Ontario's participating cities and townships can earn significant rebates — and enrollment is free.
⚠️ This is the final year of the program. Final inspections must be completed by end of October 2026.
