Our evaluations, air-testing and labelling services are performed by Certified Energy Evaluators. With all of our evaluation services, we:
- Create a Builder Option Package (BOP) to comply with current ENERGY STAR specifications
- Work with you on cost-cutting strategies as related to your BOP
- Provide a Builder Handbook with clear and customized graphics and user-friendly air-barrier details
- Ensure special attention to party wall air-sealing details and site training
- Deliver site and trades training on air-barrier assemblies and detailing
- Provide site reports as required, including lessons learned
- Use thermographic imaging as a training tool
- Schedule computerized blower-door tests as per site requirements
- Deliver monthly air-test reports
- Complete Evaluations and Labeling
- File submissions to EnerQuality as required by Natural Resources Canada.
