Logistics of header wrap installation:

The old way: problems

• Header wrap is compromised when Jackrafters are nailed onto the rims
• It is left there hanging in the breeze and becomes damaged
• Who details it so the foam will create an air-seal?
• You have to remove some to get at the underside of the sub-floor

• Header wrap is wrapped around sub-floor only
• This seals the leakage area between the sub-floor and bottom wall plate
